Bonn · Bonn. Bonn on the move: a campaign by the Bonn City Sport Association is getting underway for a third year with this motto. "Sport in the Park" is again offering free sports classes in the open air from May to September.
The programme from "Sport in the Park" ranges this year from fitness to zumba to yoga. The principle of the sport campaign by the Bonn City Sport Association is simple: trainers and coaches from the participating clubs and university sports will offer a free exercise programme for everyone who wants to take part. As the name of the sport campaign already suggests, the sports classes will take place outdoors.
The programme is also broad again this year. From Monday 7 May to Friday 21 September there will be various classes from Monday to Friday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at a total of six locations in Bonn:
City centre: Hofgarten/Alter Zoll
- Monday: Yoga (Hofgarten)
- Tuesday: Zumba (Alter Zoll)
- Wednesday: Fit on Wednesdays (Alter Zoll)
- Thursday: Lishi Tai Chi (Hofgarten)
- Friday: Lishi Tai Chi (Hofgarten)
Beuel: Rheinaustraße/Ecke Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Straße
- Monday: Yoga
- Tuesday: Pilates
- Wednesday: Zumba
- Thursday: Bodyworkout
- Friday: Interval training
Duisdorf: Rochusplatz
- Monday: Fit for the week
- Tuesday: Aerobics
- Wednesday: BOP
