Repaving of the B9 Traffic obstruction due to resurfacing
Bonn · Surface removal, aligning, fitting: The civil engineering department of Bonn city is repaving the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee. Today, the works start at the section between Ollenhauerstraße and Olof-Palme-Allee.
They will continue until August 29, according to city officials. Affected is the road side going South. During the restoration work the traffic will be restricted to one lane. At first the current surface has to be removed, and gutters, drains and road curbs will be newly aligned. Hydrants, covers and manholes need to be refitted.
Finally the new tarmac will be deposited. For the last step, both lanes going South need to be closed for an entire Saturday.
