Bonn/Region · Diversity is key this weekend with the Bonn cultural and social festival. And Bonn Festival is back with 10 acts and venues for one price. The Dernau wine festival is simply enchanting and we hope there is a great turnout for the #ZeroHungerRun!
Bonn cultural and social festival
“Bonn Kultur und Begegnungsfest”: Once again this year the city of Bonn organizes the cultural and social festival "Vielfalt!” (“Diversity!”) New this year is the leadership of the Bonn Cultural Office. The theme "Culture from all over the world" will be in the foreground even more. In addition, the Bonn Integration Prize will be awarded after the opening of the festival by Mayor Sridharan at 2 pm.

Flic Flac presents "PUNXXX"
Just in time for its 30th anniversary, Flic Flac proves once again that it is "not just any circus“ with its new show "PUNXXX", and promises rebellious, non-run-of-the-mill entertainment.

Dernau wine festival
The Dernau wine festival in Altenahr is a charming and bustling event with a gorgeous backdrop. Try out some wines from the local area, listen to music, dance and have a bite to eat from one of the food stands. Definitely worth the approximate half hour drive. It ends on Monday night with a big fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Bonn Festival 2019
The third Bonn Festival: 10 locations for one price. Various acts including concerts, readings, PoetrySlam, short films, comedy and parties can be attended at ten different venues all with one ticket. Jump from one location to the next and have a look at the great acts along the route.

Tickets: A regular ticket costs 9.90 euros in advance, or 13 euros purchased on the evening of the event, 6 euros from 10:30 pm.
Beethovenfest classical concert
Beethovenfest 2019: Camerata Salzburg and Fazil Say (piano), with works by Mozart, Beethoven, Schönberg.

Zero Hunger Run benefit
ZeroHungerRun: More than 6,000 people have participated in the #ZeroHungerRun since 2016 and the number is rising. It is put on by Welthungerhilfe and will take place once again this Sunday. The start of the Bambini run is at 10 a.m., the 5 kilometer run at 11 a.m., and the 10 kilometer run at 12:30 p.m.

West Side Story musical
The American musical West Side Story (1961) is showing at the Bonn Opera. With music from Leonard Bernstein, it tells the story of two teenage gangs who struggle for control of their neighborhood in New York City. Maria falls in love with Tony and finds herself at the center of the violent conflict. Music in English, dialogue in German.

Beethovenfest closing concert
