  • The 90’s Live: Open-air festival in the Rheinaue with bands and solo artists of the 90’s; including Rednex, Dr. Alban, Oli P., Snap !, Kate Ryan and more; the group is touring across Germany, with 30,000 visitors having attended the opening in Oberhausen.   • Agrotóxico: One of the most well-known bands from the punk and hardcore music scene in Brazil. The band from São Paulo has given over 150 concerts in Europe. Their texts deal with fascism, oppression, violence, and environmental problems among other themes.   • 23rd Gourmet fest "Ahrtal de luxe": The foodie fest runs for two days. On Saturday, the band Pop History presents “Legends in concerts”, pop classics from five decades at the "Ahrtal de luxe". Dance to the most popular rock and pop classics from 5 decades, from Flower Power of the 70’s to Queen and the Rolling Stones. Live music, DJ and dance floor. Admission from 5 pm, Kurpark Bad Neuenahr, to purchase tickets online: https://www.bad-neuenahr-ahrweiler.de/open-air/. For foodies, the outdoor gourmet fest runs from 11am - 8pm on Sunday, with 42 different appetizers, main courses and desserts served from seven mobile kitchens. Gourmet food at moderate prices, with guests dining in the lovely spa park under white umbrellas. Visitors can also enjoy the best wines selected by winegrowers from the Ahr. Extraordinary floral artworks by "Lersch Floraldesign by Mehmet Yilmaz" underscore the unique flair of the spa park.
  • Euroflugtag 2018 (Euroflight Day 2018): Pilots from all over Europe have a chance to show off their skills as viewers get to watch an air show with real model aircraft. From 9am on Saturday and Sunday, there will be thousands of model aircraft to watch, and on Saturday night at 10pm, there is a night flight show with fireworks and a party afterwards. On site-parking is available for three euros. Beverages, grilled food, coffee and cake is also available. “Marshall’s/Helpers: Many of them are at the flight line. They are totally committed to the smooth running of the Show.
