Bonn A bike market will take place Saturday outside Bonn University in the city center. Both members and non-members of German bike club ADFC can buy and sell.
The German public biking club (ADFC) will hold a bicycle market this Saturday, April 2 at the Bonn University outdoor courtyard area. The market will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and members of the ADFC can offer two bikes for sale without charge. Non-members can offer bikes for a fee of 2.50 euros which will go to charity. There will be seven more bike markets in 2016, in Bonn, Troisdorf and Meckenheim.
For Pedelec or E-bike enthusiasts, ADFC will for the first time offer a tour on Saturday afternoon. It begins at 1:30 p.m. at the Rhine riverside under the Kennedy bridge on the Beuel side. These tours are planned to be repeated the first Saturday of every month until November. The half-day tours will be about 50 kilometers long and are free of charge to ADFC members, and 2 euro for non-members. More information in German under www.adfc-bonn.de
