Café Blüte is devoted to the aromas of various plant blossoms. Formerly known under the name "First Flush Teamroom", it changed hands in 2016 and has been called "Varietee" ever since. The tea is always served in a teapot for 6.50 euros per 0.45 liters. The teapots stem from the different eras of tea consumption and are particularly memorable. On warm days there are many varieties also served as iced tea. Breakfast is served from 10 a.m. and small dishes and cakes are served at lunchtime.
