Traffic bottlenecks near Bonn and Siegburg Straßen NRW closes parts of A565 and A3 on Sunday
BONN/SIEGBURG · On Sunday there will be bottlenecks and closures at the A565 Bonn-Beuel junction, at the Bonn-Nordost motorway junction and on the A3 between Siegburg and Lohmar.
On Sunday between 8 a.m. and 12 noon on the A565, Straßen NRW will close the exit and ramp for the Bonn-Beuel junction in the direction of Königswinter/Troisdorf. At the same time the access from the A565 to the A59 towards Königswinter will be closed at the motorway junction Bonn-Nordost. According to Strassen NRW, the closures are related to the expansion of the hard shoulder on the A565.
From 9 a.m. on the A3 in the direction of Cologne, between the Bonn/Siegburg motorway junction and the Siegburg-Ost service area, only one lane will be available. Around 16 o'clock all lanes should be available again. Straßen NRW announced on Friday that this was an emergency measure to repair road damage.
