The advance ticket sales for the only German concert of 2020 for the British superstar started on Monday morning - at least for Telekom customers. Starting at 10 a.m., Telekom customers were able to order their tickets for 45 euros, three days before the regular ticket sales start. Telekom customers received a 10 euro discount on the tickets.

The so-called "Prio-Tickets" were sold out after just a few minutes, and since then it has no longer been possible to get tickets via the Telekom website.

"Due to the great demand, our MagentaMusik prio tickets for the Robbie Williams concert on May 18, 2020 at the Hofgartenwiese in Bonn are unfortunately already sold out," Telekom announced only a few minutes after the start of advance sales. "The run on our tickets was huge. We can understand when many fans are disappointed", said Telekom spokesman Dirk Wende in response to an inquiry.

Advance ticket sales are on hold again for the time being. They will be on sale to the general public starting again on Thursday at 10 a.m.. Tickets will be available for 55 euros at ga.de/tickets. It is not clear how many tickets will be for sale on Thursday, Telekom did not give any details. Just this much: "There are or were extensive ticket allocations available for both advance booking dates," said Wende. According to GA information, a five-figure number of tickets will be available on Thursday.

Already, the first tickets have appeared on the auction platform ebay at inflated prices: Two tickets for up to 350 euros can be bought there. By the way, if you can't get a ticket, you can watch the concert live on the internet. Deutsche Telekom will stream Williams' performance via its platforms.
