According to officials, there was a dispute between two groups around 4.20 a.m.. An 18-year-old man from Bonn was particularly aggressive: Even in the presence of the police, he repeatedly provoked other people and challenged them to a fight.

Since the young man also defied the instructions of the police, the officers took him into custody. An alcohol test revealed a value of 1.52 per mille for the aggressive man. During the search of the man, the police also found marijuana and seized it. Criminal proceedings were instituted against the man.
