“Toddlers + One” New program offers English-speaking playgroups
BONN. · Families with toddlers will have the option of a new English-speaking program beginning in March. “Toddlers + One” will be open to parents with small children from ages 18 months to three-years-old. It is an offer of Bonn International School.
For young families with small children, there will soon be something new on the Bonn scene. Beginning in mid-March, Bonn International School (BIS) will introduce a program called “Toddlers + One”, a playgroup for children ages 18 months to three-years-old, along with an accompanying parent. All of the activities of the playgroups are organized by child-care professionals and conducted in English.
The “Toddlers + One” program is being offered by the BISSV, which is the sports association of Bonn International School. But it is open to all parents who are looking for an English-language activity for themselves and their child. It is not limited to families who have children enrolled at the school.
Parents who are interested in the program but not sure if it is the right fit, are welcome to come along for a trial session. Inquiries can be directed to Jo Junglas, Head of Student Services and Operations by sending an email to: kidz.klub@bonn-is.de .
The sessions take place on Tuesdays from 9am to 11am starting March 12. They will be located on the Bonn International School campus, Martin-Luther-King-Str. 14 in Bonn-Plittersdorf. There is a charge of 60 euros which includes 14 sessions. Sign up is open now and all are welcome.
