Independent Bonn International School IBIS Open Morning on Friday 8 February

Bonn · The Independent Bonn International School will host an Open Morning for current and prospective families on Friday 8 February. All are welcome.

The Independent Bonn International School (known as IBIS) is having an Open Morning this Friday, 8 February from 8.50am to 10.35am.

After a welcome talk from headteacher Philip Wharton, parents and children will be able to observe and join in classes. There will also be guided tours of the school buildings as well as the chance to chat to other parents and teachers over coffee and biscuits. The morning is open to all current and prospective families, giving them a chance to explore and learn more about the school.

Founded in 1963, IBIS is a private, international, English-speaking school that currently has around 254 students from more than 44 countries ranging from kindergarten to years 7/8.

The school serves both the international community and local families interested in an alternative to the German school system and there will be both English and German speaking contact people on hand to explain more about the school, its teaching methods and philosophy.
