Restaurant Guide Makiman 3 Sushi Tapa Bar in Beuel

This sushi restaurant in Bonn-Beuel has been run since November 2015 by Monir Niazmand. The dark wooden tables, black and dark brown leather upholstery and sophisticated lighting give the restaurant a lounge atmosphere.

There is space for around 50 guests, plus 25 seats outside on the terrace in front of the restaurant.

On the menu: Hotnight Roll (8 Inside Out Rolls filled with deep-fried shrimps in tempura coating, tuna, cucumber and pumpkin with spicy Makiman sauce) for 7.90 Euro, Rock'n'Roll (8 Inside Out Rolls with cream cheese, cucumber and avo­ca­do, wrapped in flambéed salmon and fish roe) for 7.50 Euro, Beef Tataki (pink roasted beef) for 9.90 Eu­ro. Seasonal specialties are also on offer, such as the asparagus tempura.

Drinks: Japanese Hugo with sake 5.90 Euro, crémant (0.1l) 6.50 Euro. 13 open wines (0.2l) from 5 Euro such as Scheuree from Spiess (Rheinhessen) 5.50 Euro and 28 bottles of wine from 18 Euro, such as Malbec Cabernet Puro from Dieter Meier (Argentina) 25 Euro

The clientele includes business people, couples and sushi fans. The restaurant’s philosophy according to the owner Monir Niazmand: “We value friendly, competent service and fresh, high quality food.”

Opening times: Monday to Saturday 5pm – 11pm, closed on Sundays
