Bonn-Endenich · French restaurant Mademoiselle in Endenich offers Alsatian specialities in a French atmosphere.

Mademoiselle in Endenich was opened by female team Birgit Alexander-Monteiro and her daughter Sarah Monteiro in September 2012. The restaurant has an informal atmosphere and an open plan kitchen feel with wooden furniture, stoneware, fresh flowers and French music. The restaurant can accommodate 22 people inside and has an outdoor patio with seating for around 20 people.

On the menu:

traditional Alsatian ‘Tartes flambées’ such as the ‘Chèvre’ with goat’s cheese, serrano ham, slices of apple, honey and onion for 11.90 euros; Bouchée à la Reine (filled pastry cases) with pommes frites and salad for 12.90 euros; and nine different types of breakfasts from 6.90 euros.

Specials:

weekly set menus with 3 courses for 23.90 euros.

Wine menu:

ten different open wines from 5.70 euros a glass (0.2l) such as Prinot Gris from organic vineyard Eblin-Fuchs, Zellenberg (Alsace) 6.90 euros, and 13 bottles from 17.30 euros. Crémant d’Alsace Brut 7,90 euros a glass (0.2l). Alsatian beer Meteor Lager (0.25l) for 3.90 euros and Fischer Pils (0.6l) for 7.90 euros.

The restaurant clientèle tends to be cultivated Francophile gourmets. The house philosophy according to the Montiero ladies is to celebrate the Alsatian way of life and French dining culture with charm and passion.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am - 2pm and 5.30pm – 10pm. Wednesday & Sunday 10am – 2pm. Closed on Mondays.
