There has been another attempted attack on a cash machine in Bonn, this time at the main post office in Bad Godesberg. According to General Anzeiger information, the attack was unsuccessful and the perpetrators did not escape with any money.

The side of Koblenzer Straße heading in the direction of Bad Godesberg centre is currently closed. Police and the fire brigade have been at the scene since 6.30am. The State Office of Criminal Investigations arrived at 8.30am to secure evidence. (Orig. text: ga; translated by Kate Carey.)
