Hot town summer in the city? Well, Joe Cocker could not have meant the summer in North Rhine Westphalia when he sang those lyrics - at least not this year. With many sports clubs putting their free offers on hold until after the school holidays, there are only a few things on the calendar for this weekend - but two special events should grab your attention: The Panama Open Air Festival and the Afrika-Orient Culture Festival are definitely worth a visit!
