At least Thursday promises to be a nice day to get out and splash around in Bonn’s outdoor pools. All public outdoor pools will open up on May 26, Thursday. This is the beginning of the outdoor swimming season. Opening hours for the six public outdoor pools are 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sundays, and 6:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. on weekdays. On weekdays, it is only the pools with swimming lanes for lap swimming that open early; for regular swimmers the opening time is 10 a.m.
