Eurowings No strike at Eurowings for the time being

Dusseldorf · Flight passengers can breathe easy a while longer. Eurowings and the cabin crew union have agreed to talks.

There will be no strike action at the Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings for the time being. The airline and the cabin crew union Ufo want to start new wage negotiations today.

Ufo wages expert Nicoley Baublies said on Sunday in a letter to Eurowings that he was willing to hold talks. A Eurowings spokesman in Dusseldorf welcomed the suggestion.
