On Facebook, they receive mainly positive feedback.

The HandySalon (Cell phone Salon) is located at Friedensplatz in Bonn. The employees repair Apple, Samsung, Huawei or HTC devices. The reviews on Google are mostly positive.

Novatel, which was founded in 2004, has a couple of branches in Bonn. Both are located on Kölnstraße. The owner promises that a repair is possible in around 20 minutes. In addition, an online repair is offered within 24 hours.

For students and young people up to 25-years-old, a discount of 5 euros is offered here. The reviews here are also mostly favorable. In response to negative feedback, the owner responds in some cases, describing his view of the matter and offering partial compensation.

The two branches are located on Oxfordstrasse and Kaiserplatz. An express service is also offered, where the smartphone can be repaired within an hour. Customers can also have their battery checked free of charge if it has lost power.

Students receive a discount of five euros when they present their student ID. Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, Huawei and Htc are among the manufacturers that are repaired by Handyarzt. This shop also receives a good rating. If there are negative reviews, the store owner responds.

The Fonpoint in Bonn with its numerous branches offers repairs for the brands Apple, Samsung, Huawei and Sony.

The Handy Klinik, which is located near the Siegburg train station, offers a free on-site diagnosis. Since its opening in August 2016, staff have been buying and selling devices. Devices from Apple, Samsung, HTC or Sony are taken in for the repair.

The prices were taken from December 7 in order to give a price indication. Of course, there is no guarantee that these prices will be available at a later date.
