Participant registration open First Bonn “ArtNight”
Bonn · For beginning or experienced artists, Bonn “ArtNight” promises to bring art enthusiasts together for an evening of creating and communicating.
Art enthusiasts will be able to experience an unusual evening far away from galleries or exhibition halls on Thursday, August 10. With the theme “Meeresküste” (seashore), the first Bonn “ArtNight” will take place in Lindenhof on Burbachstraße 22 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
“ArtNight” began in Berlin in 2016, brought to life by Aimie-Sarah Carstensen and David Neisinger. With a selected theme and under the direction of a local artist, participants paint or sketch their own art work, spending the evening together in a local bar or restaurant.
The idea behind the event is to arouse enthusiasm for art and it’s also an opportunity for participants to meet others who share this passion. It gives local artists a platform where they can share their knowledge with others. Previous expertise or painting utensils are not required for the evening. Anything needed for “ArtNight” evening will be provided. At the end of the event, all participants will be allowed to take home the work of art they have created.
