Late Friday afternoon, a DHL delivery truck driver lost control of his vehicle on Walter-Flex-Straße, heading in the direction of the B9. Just before 5:00 p.m., he crashed and landed with his vehicle on its side, hitting a boulder on the meridian.

Police believe it was inattention on the part of the driver that caused the accident. He was able to climb out of the vehicle and was taken to a local hospital for examination.
