Antonio addresses the question of what would happen if all the Antonios from Shakespeare's plays were in fact one and the same person. The search for sense and love is presented to the audience through different plays and escapades, all in English.

Buscival showed 13 different pieces in total, including sonnets and monologues, ranging from the serious to the hilarious, from entertaining to thought-provoking. “This event kicks off our anniversary year and we will probably find a few Shakespeare plays to put on during this time which we haven't done yet,” reveals Schild. The BUSC have shown more than half of Shakespeare's plays in over 50 productions, but some have not been done yet, such as the three plays from the War of the Roses. Audiences can look forward to seeing 'King Lear' and 'Coriolanus', as Schild explains “one of these will definitely be shown and we may even decide to put on a double performance in the summer.”

The BUSC are planning to hold another Buscival in December to celebrate the end of their anniversary year. “Of course we will be taking part in the 'Theaternacht' again, and we are considering putting on an open air play but that has not yet been decided,” says Schild. This is because it is the BUSC members themselves who decide which play they will put on and with which concept. One thing is for certain – this year Bonn's leading student theatre group will bring many exciting and entertaining productions to the stage.
